On arrival you will be warmly welcomed at the airport by our professional representatives, who will guide you to your private taxi and also provide you with an information pack together with a local map. Our representatives are always on call to help you with any queries you may have, and will invite you to a welcome meeting at your hotel within a day of your arrival.

Private Transfers

Because we know our customers enjoy travelling in comfort, transfers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Oman on arrival and departure are by private car – maximum 3 sharing, and this is included in the price of your holiday. There is however, a surcharge for a car occupied by a single person, dependent on the distance to be travelled. We will advise of this at time of booking.

Our holidays to Dubai are so flexible you may choose to stay as many nights as you like and to travel on the days of your choice! Maybe you would like part of your holiday on the beach or in the city, but also wish to spend time at a desert retreat?

Cyplon for Family Fun

Dubai provides a wonderful holiday for families! Besides glorious beaches and swimming pools, sports facilities and water sports, many of our properties provide dedicated children’s clubs too. Free accommodation for children is given at lots of our hotels! Check our ‘Family Treats’ section of the price panel.

When accommodation is free, flight cost, transfers & handling is charged at £475 per child. But do check our flight information on page 38, as most flights have considerable savings for children!

Where free accommodation is offered to persons 12-17yrs, flight cost, transfers & handling is charged at £500. This cost is subject to flight supplements as detailed on page 38.Single parents may take advantage of any applicable child offer and will be charged the single room supplement.Infant accommodation, where applicable, is free of charge, and the flight cost is £95 in economy class, when seated on a parent’s lap.

The terms ‘child’ or ‘children’ used throughout this brochure, unless otherwise stated, refers to those aged from 2 years to under 12 years on the date of return. The term ‘infant’ refers to a child who will be under the age of 2 years on the date of return.

Golf

Dubai’s superb golf courses, as well as being favourites with the professionals, have gained a reputation internationally with golfers of all levels. Each immaculately kept course presents distinct and different challenges to test your skills and for those wishing to improve their game, the teaching and practice facilities are among the finest in the world. We also offer here the opportunity to play in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, neighbouring emirates of Dubai, where golf is of the same high standard.

Cyplon Holidays can prearrange your golf at extremely competitive rates! Some of our hotels offer a free shuttle service to the courses whilst the remainder will be happy to arrange transport for you. We also offer car hire on request. Single players are welcome, and will be teamed up with others. Dubai Creek, Emirates and Abu Dhabi all have swim-ming pools for visitors’ use.

Emirates Golf Club

Venue of the European PGA Dubai Desert Classic and famous for its ‘tented’ clubhouse, Emirates G.C. boasts two fabulous courses. The Majlis course with its lush fairways and large greens is a formidable test of golf whilst the Wadi course has superbly positioned water hazards and desert rough. Situated near Jumeira Beach.

DubaiM Creek Golf & Yacht Club

Arranged on different elevations, this scenic course features a large central saltwater lake. Each hole is uniquely landscaped with exotic trees, shrubs, wooden gazebos and panoramic sea views. Towers Links Golf Course

Abu Dhabi Golf Club by Sheraton

The Abu Dhabi Golf Club with its spectacular falcon-shaped clubhouse, offers two courses. The National is a testing Championship course with tree-lined fairways, salt-water lakes and strategically placed bunkers whilst The Garden course gives less experienced golfers an enjoyable game on beautiful lake-lined fairways. The club is within 45 minutes drive from the Jumeirah hotels, and approximately 20 minutes from Abu Dhabi City.

Cyplon Holidays, having successfully organised weddings in Cyprus for many years, are proud to become the first tour operator to offer weddings in Dubai! Our experienced weddings team will establish exactly your requirements, however simple or grand, and will then co-ordinate and arrange everything on your behalf. In Dubai our professional representatives will always be on hand to give all possible assistance.

All ceremonies in Dubai are conducted by a Minister of The Church of England, and the marriages are recognised as legal in the UK. The documentary procedure is very straight-forward, and will be organised prior to travel.

Reception

Your reception can be organised by us, or with the hotel on arrival. Whichever, you can be sure that you will be well looked after, and be spoilt for choice of location and catering possibilities, from drinks and canapés to a sit down five-course meal. If it is just the two of you, a romantic candlelit dinner can be arranged.

Bedouin Camp Reception

For a wedding celebration with a difference Cyplon can arrange a party out in the desert, in true Arabian style! Wine and dine in a desert encampment at sunset, be entertained by a belly dancer by the light of a bonfire, and enjoy camel rides and sand boarding. 4* hotel catering is provided for you and your guests, and musicians can be hired for further enter-tainment.

If you supply us with your Guest List, Cyplon can ensure that your family and friends receive a holiday brochure and we will be delighted to take care of your party’s travel arrangements. Of course, they may stay in any accommodation of their choice.

Your wedding at Oasis Beach Hotel can be enjoyed on the delightful lawns in the garden overlooking the sea, or on the beach itself. Celebrate after the ceremony with a camel ride for two along the beach.

Al Hamra Fort Hotel & Beach Resort

Al Hamra Fort has a small ‘amphitheatre’ overlooking the gardens and sea, which may be decorated with flowers and makes for a very special location for a wedding ceremony. The hotel can arrange to whisk you into Dubai on a unique and exciting helicopter ride for the signing of the register, and then back again to enjoy the ceremony and celebrations!

Jevel Ali Golf Resort & Spa

The Jebel Ali has an ideal spot within the gardens overlooking the Marina, plus a gazebo overlooking the beach, which can be decorated with flowers. You may arrive at your wedding in a decorated golf buggy, and enjoy a camel ride together along the beach after the ceremony!

Le Royal Medidian Beach Resort & Spa

The Golden City Tour

Sample the historic sites and vibrant cosmopolitan life of Dubai on this comprehensive tour. The tour begins in Jumeira, and drives on through the city taking in picturesque pal-aces & mosques. The tour also incorporates the Creek and the Spice and Gold Souks.

The Pearl of the Gulf

Sharjah City Tour: Half day tour (am) Saturdays & Wednesdays Adult £18, Child £9

This tour will take you to Sharjah, the ‘Pearl of the Gulf’, and incoporates many landmarks to see and photograph including King Faisal Mosque. Shopping at the Gold Centre and at the souk ‘Al Markazi’ - a treasure trove of carpets, jewellery and handicrafts.

Desert Wonder

Ski Dubai

Nothing is impossible in Dubai! Ski Dubai – an amazing indoor 22,500 square metres covered in snow year round - has 5 slopes that vary in difficulty, height and steepness. Kids and parents can have fun in the world’s largest interactive Snow Park! Skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels can enjoy the various slopes and snowboarders can also practice their stunts on the 90m long quarter pipe. Chair and tow lifts are all in place to carry you to the top of the slopes for each run.
