1. We want to decide which resort and hotel to stay in and obtain a holiday cost, where shall we start?
Call Cyplon Holidays or visit your local travel agent and ask for a brochure for
the holiday costs i.e hotel, flights and transfers (cost in this wedding brochure
are purely for wedding packages)
2. Are weddings performed abroad legally recognised in the UK?
Yes, the marriage certificate that will be issued to you is recognised as if it had
been issued in the UK.
3. Is there a certain time of the year when we can get married?
Weddings can take place at any time of the year. However, Town Halls are
closed at the weekends and during Bank Holidays. Our wedding co-ordinator
will be able to advise you on the best months to travel.
4. How do we transport our wedding outfits?
We recommend that wedding outfits are packed carefully in a hard shelled case,
and will be transported in the hold of the aircraft. Alternatively, can be packed
in a suitable box and taken on-board as part of your baggage allowance.
Complimentary additional baggage allowance is not normally allowed although
we can always request this from the relevant airline on your behalf.
5. Does your holiday insurance cover the wedding?
The basic holiday insurance as found in our main brochure does not, however
we can provide extra cover for rings, gifts photos and attire at an additional charge
of £25 per person.
6. What about family and guests that wish to come, can you organise this?
We will be more than happy to arrange the travel for your family and guests, if
there is a large party travelling some hotels offer group discounts.
7. As we want to tailor make our wedding day, how do we book optional extras such as videos, photography, hairdressing , make-up etc?
All you need to do is speak to our wedding coordinator who will give you the
costing for whichever elements you wish to add. Should you wish to add some
thing else, this can easily be arranged by your personal wedding co-ordinator and
paid for locally.
8. Can we choose our own music for the ceremony?
Yes, normally this can be arranged, as long as it is suitable.
9. Can the wedding date and time be confirmed before we depart?
Yes, your wedding date and time is confirmed at the time of booking. You do
need to register your intent to marry in resort, however this rarely changes
the arranged times.
