Who We Are?

Cyplon Holidays was founded in 1972 by husband and wife team Christos and Voula Hajipapas. From its early beginnings, the company quickly established itself as one of the UK’s most reputable holiday operators to the beautiful island of Cyprus, built on strong relationships, expert knowledge and a personal approach to service.

This early success provided the foundation for steady growth, allowing Cyplon Holidays to expand its portfolio across Europe and into the Middle East, North Africa and beyond. Today, the company offers a diverse range of destinations including Greece, Egypt, Dubai and the Indian Ocean, alongside expertly crafted tailor-made and group holidays. Throughout its evolution, Cyplon Holidays has remained committed to delivering carefully planned travel experiences with exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Our Services

Our friendly and helpful resort reps will greet you upon arrival and will lead you to your transfer. They are also available throughout your stay if you have any questions or queries about your holiday. A brief welcome meeting is usually arranged for the following day to inform you of local customs, places of interest, and more, whilst also enabling you to raise any queries you may have.

We have over 50 years of experience in the Travel Industry, with expert advice available for all types of luxury, family, city-break and tailor-made holidays. Call us on 0208 340 7612 for further information.

ATOL Protection

The air holiday packages and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 0891. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. What is ATOL?

ATOL is a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers controlled by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). If an ATOL tour operator fails, the ATOL scheme ensures customers who have contracted with the ATOL holder for an air package or flight do not lose the money they have paid or are not stranded abroad.Click here to verify Cyplon Holidays ATOL license.

Financial Protection

Book with Confidence. We are a member of ABTA, which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. All the packages and flight-inclusive holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails.

Service Excellence

We’re as proud of our service as we are of the holidays we offer. Our friendly, professional staff is always on hand to provide the best advice on selecting or tailoring a holiday.

Our local representatives at every destination ensure we look after customers throughout their time away, making sure each holiday is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable.

Reliability

Our customers have trusted us for over 50 years because they know that we don’t take financial risks that might spoil their holiday or leave them out of pocket.

We manage our business prudently and are financially sound, providing only licensed, independently approved accommodation.

Customer Care

We are a family-run business and treat both our staff and our customers as part of our family. We support our staff to do the best they can, and for three generations we’ve taken pleasure in helping people find and enjoy the best holiday for them.

We are Mediterranean specialists with unrivalled local knowledge and a wide choice of destinations and quality accommodation to cater for every need and budget.

From sun‑soaked beach escapes and family holidays to cultural city breaks, tailor‑made itineraries and corporate travel, our expert team will help you find the perfect trip in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and beyond.
