Are Cyplon Holidays Fully Protected?

We are fully protected by ABTA and ATOL, so you can BOOK with confidence. An ATOL certificate is provided with every booking made through us that includes a flight. If you are booking accommodation only (excluding flights), you are also protected by ABTA.

How Can I Change Or Cancel My Booking?

To amend or cancel an existing booking, please call our Administration Team on 0208 340 7612 or email aftersales@cyplon.co.uk.

What Extras Can I Book For My Holiday?

What Is The Recommended Check-In Time For My Flight?

We suggest arriving at the check-in desk about 3 hours before departure, unless specified otherwise.

What Do I Do If I Have Not Recieved My Travel Documents?

If you have not received your tickets five days before your departure date, please call us at 0208 340 7612 with your booking reference number.

How Do I Receive My Travel Documents?

All travel documents are dispatched by post around 14 days before the departure date. We also offer the option to email your travel documents if you prefer to receive an electronic copy

How Can I Pay For My Holiday?

Payments can be made by phone, via a payment link, or by bank transfer. Call 020 8340 7612 to make a payment.   We accept all major credit and debit cards. There is no charge for using credit or debit cards.   Bank transfer payments are also available. Please contact us for bank transfer information.

Do I Require Travel Insurance?

We believe it is vitally important that you are adequately insured while on holiday. For this reason, having appropriate travel insurance is a condition of booking. Travel insurance should be arranged as soon as possible after booking to ensure you are protected against unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation, medical expenses, and other travel-related risks. You are responsible for ensuring that your insurance policy provides suitable and sufficient cover for your individual needs and the type of travel you are undertaking. We strongly recommend that you carefully check the policy details to confirm that all aspects of your trip are covered. How Much Are The Deposits?

For holidays booked more than 12 weeks in advance, the minimum deposit is £100 per person. However, some airlines may require full payment at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.   Depending on your travel requirements, different payment terms might apply, but all details will be given before you confirm your reservation.

How Can I Book A Holiday?

Most of our holidays can be booked online. However, some types of holidays require you to contact our specialist Tailormade Reservations Team or your local ABTA travel agent.
