Are Cyplon Holidays Fully Protected?

We are fully ABTA and ATOL protected, so you can BOOK with confidence. An ATOL certificate is issued with every booking made through us, which includes a flight.

We provide full financial protection for your money when you book a package holiday. However, if you are booking accommodation only, this protection does not apply.

How Can I Change Or Cancel My Booking?

To make a change to an existing booking, please call our Administration Team on 0208 340 7612.

What Extras Can I Book For My Holiday?

We are able to pre-book the following extras:

  • Airport Car Parking
  • Car Hire
  • Transfers (*if not already included)
  • Excursions
  • Flight Extras, including Meals, Extra Baggage, Sports Equipment, Extra Legroom Seats etc.
  • Diving Packages
  • Golf Packages

What Is The Recommended Check-In Time For My Flight?

We recommend that you arrive at the check-in desk approximately 3 hours prior to departure (unless otherwise stated).

What Do I Do If I Have Not Recieved My Travel Documents?

In the unlikely event that you have not received your tickets 3 days before departure date, please call us on 0208 340 7612 with your booking reference number.

How Do I Receive My Travel Documents?

All travel documents are sent out in the post 3-10 working days prior to departure date. We also have the option to email your travel documents, as most airlines now accept e-Tickets.

How Can I Pay For My Holiday?

Payments can be made online using the Manage My Booking facility or alternatively please call our Reservations team on 0208 340 7612 to make a payment over the telephone.

We accept all major credit or debit cards.

There is no charge for using Credit or Debit Cards Bank Transfer payments are also available. Please call us Bank Transfer information.

Do I Require Travel Insurance?

If you are travelling to a country which is a part of the E.U (European Union) and have a valid UK passport, you will not require a VISA. More information can be found on the IATA Travel Centre website.

How Much Are The Deposits?

Travelling in 12 weeks or more, the minimum deposit is £100 per person. However, some airlines require full payment at the time of booking. Please check at the time of booking. Full balance is take 8 weeks before departure date.

How Can I Book A Holiday?

Most of our Holidays can be booked using our Online Booking Engine. However, certain holiday types require you to contact our specialist Tailormade Reservations Team.
