The menu is thoughtfully crafted by the resort’s award-winning, Michelin-star-trained executive Chef, Polis Papageorgiou, passionately dedicated to sharing his love of food with guests.

Bacchus also hosts a sumptuous breakfast daily, featuring a delightful array of sweet and savoury options.

The Apollo Tavern presents a traditional Cypriot dining experience with stunning views of the gardens and turquoise sea. Open for both lunch and dinner, the creative chef prepares various local and Greek dishes, including favourites such as moussaka, souvlaki, and kleftiko, along with a selection of fish and seafood. For those who wish to sample a little bit of everything, the tavern offers a delicious meze menu featuring a wide array of small, shareable dishes.

On the eastern side of the resort, the Seven C’s Bar is the place to try a famous Cypriot coffee or sample one of the popular signature cocktails. Following the resort’s nautical theme, the bar has a stylish, contemporary design and a terrace that looks out over the Mediterranean Sea – the perfect sunset spot. Fresh sushi is prepared live at the bar counter, too!

The Eros Cocktail Bar offers a delightful selection of signature cocktails, making it the ideal spot for pre-dinner drinks. The indoor area boasts a stylish nautical theme, a prow-shaped bar, and comfortable armchairs. Meanwhile, the terrace provides stunning panoramic views of the west lagoon-style infinity pool and Pissouri Bay.

With stone arches and tiled floors, Ouzeri is the traditional bar that serves snacks and drinks, including the famed anise-flavoured aperitif ouzo. We also offer the locally produced spirit Zivania and wines from the extensive cava.

Relax in the shade of a tree while enjoying a refreshing drink, delicious ice cream, or a tasty snack at our Poseidon Beach Bar. This serene oasis overlooks the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, making it the perfect spot to unwind while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

On selected evenings throughout the year, the Poseidon Beach Bar also offers Street Food—a selection of small plates and sharing platters cooked under the stars on a BBQ centered around a fire pit.

The Poseidon Pool Bar, located by the famous 80-meter infinity pool, is perfect for enjoying a snack or drink while lounging and swimming. You can place your order without even leaving the pool. The menu features a variety of options, including salads, sandwiches, pizzas, pasta, drinks, and ice cream.
