At Cyplon Holidays, we see our travel agents as true partners. We understand the effort that goes into every enquiry, every booking, and every client relationship, and we’re here to help you succeed. That’s why our policies are designed with you in mind: offering flexible commissions, a price match promise, sensible deposit options, our commitment to a one price policy, and the choice between commissionable and non-commissionable pricing. Together, these give you the confidence, protection, and flexibility you need to compete and win in today’s market.
We know travel is competitive, that’s why we’ve built a commission model designed to give you choice, flexibility, and the confidence to compete in any situation. Each tier gives you the flexibility to adjust your pricing and commissions depending on the scenario. And importantly, when you reduce your commission, we reduce ours too — so you’re never carrying the burden alone.
Travel is unpredictable; you never know who you’re competing against. With three commission levels, you can adapt quickly and win more business.
We don’t just ask you to take less, we take less too. As you move from Gold to Silver to Bronze, our margins shrink alongside yours.
At the Gold level, you have the ability to raise your selling price online and keep every penny of that increase. More control, more profit.
By default, our holidays are priced using the non-commissionable approach, meaning certain items such as airline taxes and extras (e.g. luggage, seat selection) are excluded from commission calculations. However, we also offer the option of a fully commissionable approach (excluding mandatory ATOL fees). This gives you the flexibility to choose the structure that works best for you and your clients.
You can select your preferred approach as your default setting, or simply apply it on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to change your default, please speak with your Business Development Manager or, if you are part of a head office group, ask them to liaise with us on your behalf.
