Day 1 | Arrive in Istanbul
Morning: Arrive early afternoon and transfer to your hotel in Istanbul to check in.
Lunch: Enjoy a traditional Turkish lunch at a charming rooftop terrace overlooking the Bosphorus.
Evening: Take a leisurely walk through the historic heart of Istanbul. Visit the Blue Mosque, and watch the sunset from the courtyard of Hagia Sophia. End the evening with a Turkish meze dinner at a cosy local restaurant.
Day 2 | Explore Istanbul
Morning: Explore Topkapi Palace and its ornate Harem chambers. Feel the whispers of sultans past as you gaze over the Golden Horn.
Lunch: Savour a street-food lunch of freshly grilled fish sandwiches by the Galata Bridge.
Evening: Cruise the Bosphorus at dusk, as Europe and Asia light up around you. Return to the city for Turkish delight and coffee in a hidden café.
Day 3 | Turkish Bazaars
Morning: Get lost in the labyrinth of the Grand Bazaar, then visit the Spice Bazaar for an aromatic experience.

Day 4 | Fly to Cappadocia
Morning: Early morning flight to Cappadocia. Transfer to your cave hotel and settle into your enchanting surroundings.
Lunch: Enjoy a relaxed lunch at a garden restaurant, tasting local Anatolian dishes.
Evening: Embark on a sunset tour of the surreal Devrent and Pasabag valleys, watching the fairy chimneys glow in golden light. Dinner under the stars with a traditional Turkish show.
Day 5 | Hot Air Balloon
Morning: Rise before dawn for an unforgettable hot air balloon flight over Cappadocia’s dreamlike landscapes. After breakfast, explore Göreme Open Air Museum’s rock-hewn churches.
