Day 1 | Arrival in Amman
Depart from the UK for your flight to Amman. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Amman.

Day 2 | Amman
The day begins with an exploration of Jordan’s capital. Highlights include the Roman Theatre, the Citadel, the Archaeological Museum, and the Folklore Museum, followed by a panoramic overview of both old and modern Amman. Time is also given to visit one of the city’s art galleries before the afternoon is left at leisure. Dinner is enjoyed later at a local restaurant, offering a taste of authentic Jordanian cuisine. Overnight in Amman.

Day 3 | Dead Sea - Pella - Um Qais
Travel down to the shores of the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, for the chance to float in its famously mineral-rich waters. Continue north to Pella in the Jordan Valley, a city of immense historical importance with layers of antiquity dating back thousands of years. The journey continues to Um Qais, the ancient Gadara mentioned in the Bible, where the dramatic panorama takes in the Sea of Galilee, the Yarmouk River, and the Golan Heights. Return to Amman in the late afternoon. Overnight in Amman.

Day 4 | Jerash - Ajloun
A late-morning departure leads to Jerash, the magnificent Roman city of Gerasa, considered one of the best-preserved sites of the ancient world. Visitors walk along its colonnaded streets, admire temples, theatres, and churches, and gain a vivid sense of its former grandeur. The day continues to Ajloun, where a 12th-century Saracen Castle, built by one of Saladin’s generals, stands as a legacy of the campaigns against the Crusaders. Overnight in Amman.

Day 5 | Kings Way - Petra
Journey southwards along the historic King’s Way, stopping first in Madaba, famous for its ancient mosaics, including the oldest surviving map of the Holy Land. Continue to Mount Nebo, believed to be the burial site of Moses, where sweeping views extend across the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. The drive then passes through the dramatic landscapes of Wadi Mujib before reaching Kerak, dominated by its impressive Crusader Castle. After exploring, continue to Petra for overnight.

Day 6 | Petra
A full day devoted to the legendary “rose-red city” of Petra, carved into the Sharah Mountains by the Nabataeans over 2,000 years ago. The approach begins through the Siq, a narrow gorge that suddenly reveals the Treasury, one of the world’s most iconic monuments. Exploration continues with the Roman Theatre, the Royal Courts, Qasr Bint Pharaoun, the Temple of the Winged Lion, and more. For those who wish, there is the option to climb up to the Monastery for a spectacular view. Overnight in Petra.

Day 7 | Wadi Rum - Aqaba
The final day begins with an exploration of the awe-inspiring Wadi Rum Desert, with its surreal landscapes of sandstone mountains and sweeping red sands, famously featured in the film Lawrence of Arabia. Afterwards, continue onward to Aqaba for a relaxing extension by the Red Sea (Aqaba stay must be added on, not included as part of the tour).
