Day 1 | Arrival in Istanbul
Arrival at Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. Overnight stay in Istanbul.

Day 2 | Istanbul City Tour
Depart at 08:30 for a guided city tour. Visit Hagia Sophia, the great palace church of Byzantine Constantinople, later converted into a mosque following the Ottoman conquest of 1453. Continue to the Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque, known as the Blue Mosque, renowned for its interior decorated with exquisite Iznik tiles. Explore the Hippodrome, once the scene of chariot races, and see the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, and the Column of Constantine. After lunch, visit the Grand Bazaar, famous for its authentic souvenirs such as leather, gold, handicrafts, and Turkish “evil eye” charms. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul. Please note: Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays. Optional visit can be arranged at extra cost instead of the Grand Bazaar.

Day 3 | Bosphorus Cruise
Morning departure for a Bosphorus cruise, the famous waterway separating Europe and Asia. View magnificent landmarks including Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, Ortaköy Mosque, Rumeli Fortress, and Beylerbeyi Palace. Cross the Bosphorus Bridge between two continents and continue to Çamlıca Hill, the highest point in Istanbul, for panoramic views of the city and strait. Afterwards, take part in a traditional shopping tour, including visits to carpet weaving workshops, jewellery centres, handicraft stores, and a modern leatherwear show. Evening free to explore. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 4 | Cappadocia
Check out after breakfast and transfer to Istanbul or Sabiha Gökçen Airport for the flight to Cappadocia. On arrival, transfer to begin the tour of the region. Visit Göreme Valley to see unique rock formations, followed by Uçhisar and its striking cave dwellings. Continue to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, housing beautifully preserved frescoed churches and monasteries carved into rock. After lunch, visit the fairy chimneys of Ürgüp, Wishing Hill, Devrent Valley, and Monks Valley (Paşabağ), each showcasing extraordinary natural formations and historic cave settlements. Continue to Avanos, famed for pottery-making traditions, and enjoy a walk in Rose Valley, ending with sunset views. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Day 5 | Ihlara Valley - Selime Cathedral - Derinkuyu Underground City
Morning departure for Ihlara Valley. Hike approximately 4 km along the gorge, visiting ancient frescoed cave churches along the way. Lunch by the Melendiz River. Continue to the impressive Selime Cathedral, carved into rock, and explore the vast Derinkuyu Underground City, a multi-level complex used for shelter in antiquity. En route, pass Nar Crater Lake before returning to the hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 6 | Rose Valley - Bursa
Enjoy a morning walk in the Rose Valley, named for the distinctive colour of its rock formations, which change with the light. Later, transfer to the airport for the flight to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Meet driver for onward journey to Bursa. Arrival and check-in at hotel. Overnight in Bursa.

Day 7 | Bursa
After breakfast, depart for a full-day exploration of Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire, also known as the “City of Sultans”. Visit the Grand Mosque (Ulu Camii), the Green Mosque and Green Tomb, and the mausoleums of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi. Continue to Muradiye Complex, admire a 600-year-old plane tree, and explore the Bursa Silk Market. Free time for local delicacies such as Turkish Delight, jams, and honey. Overnight stay in Bursa.

Day 8 | Uludağ Mountain
Take the cable car (subject to weather) up Uludağ Mountain, rising 2,543 metres, renowned as Turkey’s premier winter sports resort. Enjoy panoramic views and free time in the National Park. If the cable car is not operating, lunch will be arranged at a restaurant located 800 metres up the mountain, accessible by road. Overnight stay in Bursa.

Day 9 | Depart Istanbul
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport for the return flight home.
