Traditional Farming

Unique and inspiring, the Grecotel supports local farming and agriculture by offering their own Agreco Farm, on a 4-hectare estate near the Cretan town of Rethymno, Greece. Apart from indulging in the delicious and healthy local produce of the farm, you can visit the impressive farm and its buildings. Explore its Olive Press, Wood-burning oven, general store, wine cellar, watermill, workshop, Church and guesthouse. Additionally, you can experience the farm’s impressive cuisine at the Taverna on site, with a six-course Cretan menu, prepared carefully in the farm’s kitchen with fresh, organic produce. No trip to the farm ends without purchasing some of its divine farm-produced products such as organic olive oil, wine, herbs, skin and body care products and olives. The products, known as Eau de Greece – Agreco can also be purchased at all the Grecotels.

Golf Excellence

Golf enthusiasts can make the most the excellent golf courses at the superb Grecotel Golf Clubs in Athens, Crete, Rhodes and Corfu. In Crete, experience the sport at the Amirandes Golf Academy where amateurs and golfers can enjoy games on the putting green. The Academy also offers practice facilities, individual and group lessons by golf professionals.
