Qawra Holidays
"An all-year-round resort for Malta, with luxury hotels offering great facilities..."
Qawra (pronounced “awra”) is in the St Paul’s region of Malta on the north-east coast of the island. It has become a popular tourist resort for both the summer and winter seasons, offering a fun and relaxed atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and bars to cater for all needs. A modern seaside resort on the northern coast of Malta, it is famous for its vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches. This makes Qawra ideal for people who love to escape the rigours of the modern world and relax close to the sapphire waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
Whilst almost the entire coastline is rocky, visitors can still enjoy swimming in the pristine Mediterranean waters via platforms and sunbathing decks. It is situated close to other famous destinations like Bugibba and St Paul’s, making it a great base to explore the island and is close enough to take a daytrip to historic places like Valletta and Mdina. Malta’s capital city Valletta is only 15km for those who are interested in a cultural day trip. This along with its family friendly nature, host of great restaurants and golden beaches, make it ideal for visitors seeking a traditional beach holiday in a beautiful location.
