Brač Island

If you’re looking for stunning beaches, make Brač your first stop. The famous Zlatni Rat Beach is the island’s most visited natural landmark; and you can’t miss it as you pull up to Brač Island on the boat as it’s a long thin triangle which sticks out into the bright blue sea.

Hvar Island

Hvar is the liveliest of all the islands. It’s well known for its music festivals and its stylish party atmosphere. With over 20,000 people visiting per day during the hot summer months, the island will never be lacking in vibrancy and diversity. Bars and clubs line the waterfront, offering some super stylish venues for holidaymakers to party in until the sun comes up.

Korčula Island

As one of the largest islands in the Adriatic, Korčula deserves at least a couple of days during your island-hopping tour. Korčula Island offers a little bit of everything, making it ideal for families, couples or groups of differing ages. It’s a food and wine lover’s paradise and you can spend days tasting the local wines and olive oils.

Lopud Island

This island is best known for its soft, sandy beaches; something which is quite rare in Croatia. Pebble beaches dominate much of the Southern Croatian coastline and its surrounding islands but Lopud offers an utterly different alternative. For complete beach paradise with soft white sands, visit Lopud Island.

Šipan Island

Within the Elaphiti Islands group, Šipan (pronounced “Shee-pan”) is the largest. It’s the type of island which brings together old and new so you can expect a lively café and bar culture but one which is built on traditional values. For wine lovers and foodies, this is the island to visit.
