Kermia Beach Bungalow Hotel is a unique holiday resort situated in an attractive area right by the sea on the left side of Cape Greco. Nestling on the edge of a beautiful sandy Blue Flag beach, the hotel complex sits comfortably within its own lush gardens. The complex consists of a main building and 154 bungalows within a vast area of 60,000 sq.m, expertly landscaped and arranged so as to give the feeling of being in a traditional Cypriot garden village. The Kermia Beach Bungalow Hotel is ideal for a family beach holiday in Ayia Napa, where comfort, an amazing beach and warm Cypriot hospitality are the priorities. The centre of Ayia Napa is just 4km from the hotel and Larnaca Airport is 55km away.

All bungalows are ground floor and nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious bungalows, built in harmony with nature and all modern amenities.
There are three types of bungalows to choose from:
Type A: Studio bungalows are bedsitters with bathroom, kitchenette and veranda, suitable for 2 - 3 persons. (38 units)
Type B: Bungalows consist of one bedroom. A spacious separate living room, kitchenette, bathroom and
veranda, suitable for 2 - 4 persons. (101 units)
Type C: Bungalows consist of two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and veranda, suitable for 4 - 6 persons. (15 units)
All bungalows are built in local Cypriot style with village type rafters, woven cane ceilings, furnished with local style furniture. Other facilities include individual air conditioning (hot and cold), telephone (direct dialing), 4-channel radio, satellite television, electronic safe, hair dryer and wireless internet. Maid service and change of bath linen is provided daily.
