Kappa Resort is an award-winning collection of villas and suites in Halkidiki. The resort itself has a beautiful beachfront location and has an onsite restaurant serving meals throughout the day, two bars and a children’s playground. The restaurant is renowned in the local area, winning many awards for its gourmet Mediterranean cuisine. The resort comprises just seventeen luxurious villas, sixteen standard suites all with private pools and eight Junior Suites with a shared pool. All accommodation is luxuriously furnished and features kitchens or kitchenettes, complimentary WiFi and all of the amenities required for a dream villa vacation. Kappa Resort comprises 17 Private Villas, 16 Standard Suites and 8 Junior Suites.
Villas: there are one, two, three and four-bedroom villas available. All feature a private pool, parking area, complimentary WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, air conditioning, 32” or 40” LED smart TV, direct dial telephone, safe, iron and ironing board, bathrobes, towels and beach/pool towels and deluxe toiletries.
Standard Suites: there are one, two and three-bedroom Standard Suites available, as well as a three-bedroom Exclusive Suite - all of these suites come with a private pool.
Junior Suites: there are one and two-bedroom Junior Suites available; Two-bedroom Junior Suites come with a fully equipped kitchen whilst One-bedroom Junior Suites feature a kitchenette and have shared pools.
Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (former Residence Tax) is payable by the guests upon arrival.
