The Riad Mimouna is a unique riad-style property in the heart of Essaouira’s Medina. Set directly on the sea as part of the seawall fortress of the village, this Essaouria Riad was formerly used as a windmill and offers not only seaviews, but spectacular 360° views from the large roof terrace and dining room. All 36 rooms are spacious and have been decorated in traditional style and with local furnishings. The Riad Mimouna occupies an ideal location for you to explore and discover the markets, harbour, history and culture of Essaouira. The restaurant is the highest restaurant in the medina, boasting panoramic views and serves tasty Moroccan and international cuisine with an emphasis on fresh fish and seafood given that Essaouira is a traditional fishing village.
